Privacy Policy
Effective date: July 12, 2026
Roybal Construction, LLC (“Roybal Construction,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from our customers, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how our text-message (SMS) program works and how to opt out.
Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to perform and communicate about the restoration or construction work you have engaged us for, including:
- Your name, service/property address, email address, and mobile or landline phone number;
- Insurance-claim details you share with us (carrier, claim number, adjuster) so we can document and coordinate your job;
- Photos, measurements, and notes our technicians record about the work at your property.
You provide this information directly when you request service and sign our Work Authorization & Service Agreement. We do not collect information from you through this website.
How we use your information
- To perform, schedule, and document the restoration/construction services you requested;
- To communicate with you about your job — arrival notices, appointment and walkthrough reminders, drying-equipment pickup, job-status updates, invoices, and estimates;
- To prepare and submit documentation to your insurance carrier when applicable;
- To meet our legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
Text messaging (SMS) & consent
If you provide your mobile number and consent, we may send you transactional, job-related text messages (for example: “on our way,” appointment reminders, equipment-pickup notices, and job-status updates). Consent is obtained in writing as part of signing our Work Authorization & Service Agreement, or verbally when you request service. Message frequency varies by the status of your job. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out: You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation and will not send further texts unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below. You may also ask us to stop texting you by calling or emailing us directly.
How we share information
We share your information only as needed to do your job and run our business — for example, with your insurance carrier when you ask us to document a claim, with subcontractors performing part of your work, and with service providers who help us operate (such as our scheduling, accounting, and messaging systems), each of whom is permitted to use the information only to provide services to us. We may also disclose information where required by law. As stated above, we never sell or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing.
Data retention & security
We keep job records, including message logs, as claim and business documentation for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and insurance requirements, then dispose of them securely. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold.
Your choices
You may request to review, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of text messages, by contacting us using the information below. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the most recent version.
